Climb Fit Circuit Training Classes
Mondays 6 - 7pm, Starts 9th November 2009

Climb Fit Circuit Training Classes offer exercises specifically designed to help climbers get the most out of their sport.

Focussing on Upper Body, Core Muscle and Finger strength, the classes will develop greater stamina for climbers.

Feel the improvements in weeks! Go at your own pace and really challenge yourself to greater heights.   

All Calshot climb members welcome. Price £5 per session
